Raging Waters Los Angeles – July 27, 2020

Raging Waters Los Angeles is saddened to announce that we will be canceling our 2020 Season. Our announcement comes as a result of the continued uncertainty surrounding the pandemic in California. This is an unfortunate situation, and we know so many of you share our disappointment. We will not do anything to jeopardize the health and safety of our community, and we strongly believe that the best path forward is looking ahead to a full 2021 Season.

We cannot thank you enough for all of the support, and we cannot wait until May 2021, when your are back with us to experience the safe, family fun that has been our calling card since 1983.

As previously mentioned, all 2020 season passes and admission tickets have been automatically extended to include the 2021 Season. In addition, all season passes will be upgraded to receive greater benefits in 2021.

The waterpark will open in May 2021.
Your 2020 Season Pass will be automatically extended through the 2021 Summer Season. Additionally, all 2020 season passes will be upgraded to receive greater benefits in 2021:

2020 Los Angeles Season Passes will be upgraded to a 2021 Premium Season Pass

2020 Premium Season Passes will be upgraded to a 2021 VIP Season Pass

2020 VIP & Platinum Season Passes will receive 2 Good Any Day Complimentary Admissions
All Season Dining Pass, All Season Parking Pass and other add-ons will be automatically extended through the 2021 season.
All 2020 admission tickets will be valid for the 2021 Season. Guests with additional questions about their tickets can Contact Us to connect with our Guest Services staff.
Group Outing Planners should contact their Raging Waters Los Angeles Group Sales representative directly, or email rwsdgroupsales@ragingwaters.com, to discuss options to reschedule 2020 season outings.
Our highest priority remains the safety of all of our Team Members and Guests, and we’re closely following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, California Department of Public Health, County of Los Angeles Public Health, along with other government officials and health experts. Some of our evolving sanitation procedures include:

• Making sure rides and other areas are clean and hygienic
• Communicating and promoting the need to maintain social distance
• Promoting regular and thorough hand washing by Team Members, Contractors and Guests
• Installing sanitizing hand rub dispensers in prominent places around the park to facilitate handwashing amongst Guests
• Promoting good respiratory hygiene in the workplace
• Encouraging Guests and Team Members to stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, shown symptoms, or themselves come into contact with an individual at risk or suspected of having contracted COVID-19.
• Educating all Team Members about illness prevention, preparedness and response.
